Delivery times and shipping cost

These are working days and do not include the time we spend preparing the piece. They can shift with the weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside the courier’s control.
Standard delivery currently costs 35.000 ₫ nationwide. The full shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place the order. Orders with a merchandise total of 2.000.000 ₫ or more after discounts ship free. A valid free-shipping voucher also removes the delivery charge.

Amour Jewelry delivers nationwide, to every province and city in Vietnam.
We ship with Viettel Post and J&T Express. Which one carries your parcel depends on the destination; the tracking number we send you is for the courier that took it.
How long we take to prepare an order
For cash-on-delivery orders, preparation starts when we confirm your delivery details. Preparation time: 1 day from confirmation to the parcel leaving the shop.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are handled on the next working day.
